PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN PERILAKU PADA PASIEN DENGAN HARGA DIRI RENDAH

Harga diri merupakan evaluasi subjektif individu terhadap nilai dirinya sebagai manusia. Harga diri yang tinggi dapat mendorong kebahagiaan dan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, sedangkan harga diri yang rendah sering kali menimbulkan perasaan rendah diri, frustrasi, putus asa, bahkan dapat memicu gangguan psikologis seperti kecemasan dan depresi (Li et al., 2023). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi harga diri pasien dengan gangguan konsep diri serta efektivitas intervensi keperawatan melalui manajemen perilaku. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di UPT RSBL Pasuruan pada bulan Oktober 2025 terhadap satu pasien bernama Tn. Y berusia 29 tahun yang mengalami harga diri rendah. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengisian Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa skor pretest sebesar 29 (kategori tinggi) dan skor posttest sebesar 14 (kategori rendah). Namun secara kualitatif, pasien menunjukkan peningkatan positif berupa kesadaran terhadap tanggung jawab diri, kemampuan mengendalikan perilaku negatif, keaktifan dalam aktivitas fisik, serta kemampuan berinteraksi yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan melalui manajemen perilaku (SP 1–SP 4) mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran diri, interaksi sosial, dan persepsi positif pasien terhadap dirinya, meskipun perubahan skor kuantitatif belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan perkembangan psikologis pasien.References
