HIPERTIROID KLINIS PADA WANITA USIA 42 TAHUN

Hipertiroidisme adalah kondisi akibat peningkatan produksi hormon tiroid secara berlebihan, dengan penyebab tersering berupa penyakit Graves yang bersifat autoimun. Faktor risiko meliputi jenis kelamin perempuan, riwayat keluarga, paparan iodium, kebiasaan merokok, dan adanya penyakit autoimun lain. Diagnosis dan tata laksana yang cepat serta tepat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi kardiovaskular maupun metabolik. Laporan kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif observasional pada seorang pasien dengan gejala dan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium yang konsisten dengan hipertiroidisme. Data diperoleh melalui anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan pemeriksaan kadar TSH serum. Pemeriksaan tambahan seperti TRAb dan USG tiroid direncanakan untuk menentukan etiologi yang mendasari. Pasien Ny. D, perempuan berusia 42 tahun, datang dengan keluhan nyeri dada, palpitasi, tremor halus, intoleransi panas, keringat berlebih, insomnia, peningkatan nafsu makan, dan penurunan berat badan. Pemeriksaan menunjukkan tanda hiperaktivitas simpatis, dengan hasil laboratorium TSH<0,05 uIU/mL yang menegaskan hipertiroidisme. Pasien diberikan terapi thiamazole 10 mg sekali sehari sebagai obat antitiroid dan propranolol 10 mg sekali sehari untuk mengurangi gejala simpatis. Diagnosis hipertiroidisme memerlukan kombinasi penilaian klinis dan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Pemberian obat antitiroid serta terapi simptomatik seperti beta-blocker efektif dalam mengendalikan gejala. Dengan penanganan yang cepat dan tepat, serta pemantauan jangka panjang, prognosis hipertiroidisme umumnya baik dan pasien dapat mencapai kondisi eutiroid secara optimal.References
