HUBUNGAN POSTUR TUBUH DENGAN TEXT NECK SYNDROME: TINJAUAN PUSTAKA

Perkembangan teknologi digital membuat penggunaan gawai menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, penggunaan gawai dalam waktu lama dengan postur tubuh yang tidak tepat dapat menimbulkan gangguan muskuloskeletal, salah satunya Text Neck Syndrome (TNS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara postur tubuh dengan kejadian TNS melalui kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelusuri artikel dari berbagai sumber ilmiah menggunakan kata kunci “text neck syndrome”, “forward head posture”, dan “neck pain”. Dari hasil telaah, diperoleh delapan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sebagian besar penelitian menunjukkan bahwa postur tubuh, khususnya posisi kepala yang menunduk atau forward head posture, memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kejadian TNS. Posisi tersebut menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan pada tulang servikal yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri, kekakuan otot, hingga gangguan pada kelengkungan leher. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan postur ergonomis saat menggunakan gawai untuk mencegah TNS.References
