LITERATURE REVIEW : HUBUNGAN TINGKAT STRES AKADEMIK DENGAN KEJADIAN TENSION TYPE HEADACHE PADA MAHASISWA KEDOKTERAN

Tension Type Headache (TTH) merupakan jenis nyeri kepala primer yang paling sering dijumpai secara global. Mahasiswa kedokteran merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami stres akibat tuntutan akademik yang tinggi, tekanan emosional, serta beban tanggung jawab dalam proses pembelajaran klinis. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat stress akademik dengan kejadian tension type headache pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan desain literature review, yang didasarkan pada telaah artikel-artikel ilmiah baik dari jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Artikel yang dipilih merupakan original articles dengan akses penuh (full text), tersedia secara open access, serta dipublikasikan dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Proses pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data daring seperti Google Scholar dan PubMed. Berdasarkan 7 artikel jurnal yang ditemukan, sebagian besar menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara tingkat stres akademik dengan kejadian tension type headache. Mahasiswa kedokteran memiliki beban akademik yang tinggi sehingga rentan mengalami stres. Stres dapat memicu terjadinya inflamasi perivaskular dan ketegangan pada otot-otot perikranial. Stres juga berperan dalam tingkat sentral sehingga dapat meningkatkan sensitivitas nyeri. Namun, terdapat berbagai faktor lain yang turut mempengaruhi kejadian TTH pada mahasiswa kedokteran selain tingkat stres. Berdasarkan hasil analisis literatur, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres akademik dengan kejadian tension type headache pada mahasiswa kedokteran.References
