PENGGUNAAN KECERDASAN BUATAN/ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENT UNTUK AKSES INFORMASI KESEHATAN PRIBADI DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA

Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) semakin banyak dimanfaatkan untuk mengakses informasi kesehatan, baik penggunaan pada kegiatan layanan klinis maupun pencarian informasi kesehatan oleh masyarakat. Pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk mencari solusi atas permasalahan kesehatan individu, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa bidang kesehatan, menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan pemahaman terkait literasi kesehatan, keandalan dan akurasi AI, serta kekhawatiran mengenai privasi yang dapat memengaruhi cara mahasiswa mengambil keputusan tanpa keterlibatan tenaga kesehatan.Teknologi ini dapat menjawab tantangan isu kesehatan yang meliputi; kurangnya ketersediaan tenaga medis dan tenaga kesehatan untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan pendidikan kesehatan dan adanya kecenderungan masyarakat terutama usia remaja dan dewasa muda untuk menyampaikan masalah kesehatan pribadi karena berkaitan dengan data privasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengethaui penggunaan teknologi terkini, khususnya AI dalam menjawab kebutuhan informasi kesehatan tanpa melibatkan tenaga kesehatan. Pelaksaan survei cross-sectional pada mahasiswa jurusan kesehatan (n=29) ini mengeksplorasi jenis AI yang digunakan, topik yang sering ditanyakan, serta persepsi terhadap dukungan AI dalam pemahaman dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan ChatGPT sebagai AI paling banyak digunakan, dan penggunaan terbanyak berikutnya adalah AI yang sudah disediakan oleh platform. Sedangkan topik pencarian kesehatan merupakan aktivitas mayoritas yang dilakukan mahasiswa kesehaatan, dan sebagian kecil mahasiswa menggunakan AI untuk mencari informasi di luar kesehatan. Mahasiswa pada umumnya setuju bahwa AI membantu memahami informasi, mendukung keputusan kesehatan, dan menjaga motivasi, meski kekhawatiran tentang privasi dan akurasi masih ditemukan. Temuan pada penelitian survey ini adalah meningkatnya ketergantungan pada AI dalam manajemen kesehatan pribadi dan perlunya peningkatan transparansi, keamanan, serta literasi kesehatan digital.References
