ANALISIS PERILAKU PENCEGAHAN TUBERKULOSIS PADA MASYARAKAT DI GAMPONG SIMPANG TIGA KECAMATAN KLUET TENGAH KABUPATEN ACEH SELATAN TAHUN 2024

Tuberkulosis paru (TB paru) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan, dengan jutaan kasus baru setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan tuberkulosis pada masyarakat di Gampong Simpang Tiga, Kecamatan Kluet Tengah, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan tahun 2024. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 215 KK, dengan sampel 68 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 36,8% responden memiliki perilaku pencegahan TB yang kurang baik, 36,8% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik, 45,6% bersikap negatif, 57,4% memiliki sumber informasi kurang, dan 30,9% tidak mendapat peran petugas kesehatan. Analisis bivariat menemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,000), sumber informasi (p=0,000), dan peran petugas kesehatan (p=0,000) dengan perilaku pencegahan TB. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah seluruh variabel yang diteliti memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku pencegahan tuberkulosis. Intervensi disarankan difokuskan pada peningkatan edukasi kesehatan, optimalisasi peran tenaga kesehatan, serta pemanfaatan berbagai media informasi yang kredibel.References
