ANALISIS MANFAAT SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PELAYANAN DI RS GMIM KALOORAN AMURANG KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN

Menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia nomor 3 tahun 2020 Pasal 1, Rumah Sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Departemen Kesehatan RI telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 82 Tahun 2013 Pasal 1 Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit yang selanjutnya disingkat SIMRS. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan SIRS berpengaruh terhadap lamanya waktu tunggu pasien. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara waktu tunggu pasien sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SIRS di RS GMIM Kalooran Amurang, di mana sesudah penerapan SIRS, waktu tunggu pasien turun secara signifikan. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara akurasi rekam medis sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SIRS di RS GMIM Kalooran Amurang, di mana akurasi meningkat setelah penerapan SIRS. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kemudahan akses rekam medis sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SIRS di RS GMIM Kalooran Amurang, di mana akses terhadap rekam medis menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat setelah penerapan SIRS. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kecepatan pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SIRS di RS GMIM Kalooran Amurang di mana pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat setelah penerapan SIRS. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara jumlah pasien terlayani sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SIRS di RS GMIM Kalooran Amurang di mana jumlah pasien meningkat setelah penerapan SIRS. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara dana operasional per pasien sebelum dan sesudah penerapan SIRS di RS GMIM Kalooran Amurang, di mana secara keseluruhan dana operasional per pasien menurun setelah penerapan SIRS.References
