KISTA PARAOVARIAN PADA ANAK: SEBUAH LAPORAN KASUS

Kista paraovarian didefinisikan sebagai massa kistik yang terletak di ligamen latum atau mesosalping. Kista paraovarian jarang terjadi pada remaja, dengan insidensi sekitar 10%, dan umumnya bersifat jinak. Pertumbuhannya lambat dan progresif, meskipun dalam beberapa kasus dapat membesar dengan cepat. Gejala yang paling umum adalah nyeri perut bagian bawah yang bisa bersifat sementara atau intermiten. Untuk membahas mengenai kasus kista paraovarian, termasuk cara diagnosis dan tatalaksananya secara khusus pada pasien anak, kami melaporkan satu kasus kista paraovarian pada seorang anak usia 12 tahun yang menjalani laparatomi kistektomi. Pasien datang dengan keluhan nyeri pada perut kanan bawah sejak 2 minggu SMRS. Pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan nyeri tekan regio iliaka kanan. Ultrasonografi abdomen didapatkan gambaran anechoic pada adneksa kanan dengan ukuran 6,5 cm x 6,41 cm x 6,8 cm dengan volume 150cc. Pemeriksaan patologi anatomi didapatkan hasil sesuai dengan gambaran kistadenoma serosum. Manajemen POC diputuskan oleh ginekolog berdasarkan ukuran kista, gejala, dan komplikasi. Secara umum, pendekatan konservatif dianjurkan untuk kista berukuran kecil sedangkan kista dengan ukuran yang besar dianjurkan agar dilakukan tindakan operatif.References
