HUBUNGAN KETERAMPILAN PERAWAT DENGAN PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN PERIOPERATIF DI INSTALASI BEDAH SENTRAL (IBS) RSUD dr. DORIS SYLVANUS PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Latar Belakang : Keterampilan perawat merupakan hasil dari ilmu pengetahuan dari pengalaman klinik yang dijalaninya. Penerapan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit terutama di ruang operasi memerlukan peran dan keterampilan perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang sering bertemu pasien selama 24 jam. Salah satu cara pencegahannya adalah dengan diterapkannya asuhan keperawatan perioperatif terutama Surgical Safety Cheklist (SSC) yang merupakan bagian dari Patient Safety, sebagai upaya untuk keselamatan pasien dan mengurangi jumlah angka kematian pasien diseluruh dunia. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterampilan perawat dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien perioperatif di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji Spearman Rank, diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,000, yang berarti ρ < α = 0,05. Artinya, Ha diterima dan H₀ ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan perawat dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien perioperatif di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus tahun 2025. Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan perawat dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien perioperatif di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD dr.
