ANALISIS PENGARUH SAFETY MOTIVATION DAN SAFETY KNOWLEDGE TERHADAP SAFETY PERFORMANCE PADA PEKERJA AREA PABRIK 1B PT X DI GRESIK

Jumlah kecelakaan kerja yang semakin meningkat menjadi tantangan besar bagi perusahaan, termasuk aspek keselamatan kerja yang berisiko tinggi terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Salah satu faktor yang memungkinkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja adalah faktor individu pekerja, yaitu safety motivation dan safey knowledge. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh safety motivation dan safety knowledge terhadap safety performance pada pekerja area Pabrik 1B PT X di Gresik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 96 pekerja yang bekerja di area Pabrik 1B yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji regresi logistik biner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa safety motivation (p-value = 0,005) dan safety knowledge (p-value = 0,000) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap safety performance, baik secara parsial maupun simultan (p-value = 0,000). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa safety motivation dan safety knowledge merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan safety performance.References
