PENGARUH PEMBERIAN POSISI SEMI FOWLER TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH DAN PONV PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI SPINAL ANESTESI DI RSUD KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Pembedahan dengan anestesi spinal sering menyebabkan komplikasi pascaoperasi seperti hipotensi dan Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV), yang memengaruhi kenyamanan dan pemulihan pasien. Posisi tubuh pascaoperasi berperan penting dalam mengelola komplikasi tersebut, salah satunya dengan posisi Semi Fowler. Posisi ini dapat membantu menstabilkan tekanan darah dan mengurangi kejadian PONV pada pasien pasca operasi spinal anestesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari pasien pasca operasi spinal anestesi yang diberi posisi Semi Fowler. Pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan menggunakan tensimeter dan PONV dinilai dengan lembar penilaian intensitas PONV. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji McNemar test untuk mengetahui perubahan pada kedua variabel setelah intervensi posisi Semi Fowler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 60 responden, 49 pasien mengalami hipotensi sebelum posisi Semi Fowler, dan 5 pasien tetap mengalami hipotensi setelah intervensi, sementara 19 pasien menunjukkan PONV yang lebih rendah setelah posisi Semi Fowler. Uji McNemar menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,941, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara pemberian posisi semi Fowler dengan perubahan pada tekanan darah dan kejadian PONV. Posisi Semi Fowler dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif untuk menstabilkan tekanan darah dan mengurangi PONV pada pasien pasca operasi spinal anestesi. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa posisi ini dapat mempercepat proses pemulihan pasien dan meningkatkan kenyamanan mereka pascaoperasi.References
