HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KECUKUPAN SERAT, CAIRAN, DAN AKTIVITAS FISIK DENGAN POLA DEFEKASI PADA REMAJA DI SMA N 14 SEMARANG

Pola defekasi adalah kebiasaan atau pola pengeluaran feses dari tubuh, meliputi frekuensi dan konsistensi feses. Morbiditas 20 besar penyakit di puskesmas kota Semarang tahun 2023, termasuk diare dan gastroenteritis terduga menular berjumlah 251.561 kasus. Ketidakseimbangan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pola defekasi memperburuk kondisi kesehatan gastrointestinal, sehingga meningkatkan risiko komplikasi gangguan pola defekasi seperti diare dan konstipasi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pola defekasi termasuk asupan serat, cairan, dan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecukupan serat, cairan, dan aktivitas fisik dengan pola defekasi (frekuensi dan konsistensi) pada remaja di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional study. Pengambilan data asupan serat dan cairan diperoleh dengan menggunakan formulir food recall 3x24 jam, aktivitas fisik diperoleh dari formulir physical activity level (PAL) 3x24 jam, dan pola defekasi memakai formulir stool diary dan bristol stool chart dengan waktu pengisian selama 7 hari. Analisis data bivariat dilakukan dengan uji Somers’d menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan tingkat kecukupan serat dengan frekuensi defekasi (p = 0,333) dan konsistensi feses (p = 0,319), tidak terdapat hubungan tingkat kecukupan cairan dengan frekuensi defekasi (p = 0,130) dan konsistensi feses (p = 0,582). Ada hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan frekuensi defekasi (p = 0,038) dan konsistensi feses (p = 0,016). Kesimpulan berdasarkan uji statistik ditemukan ada hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan pola defekasi.References
