HUBUNGAN JUMLAH TROMBOSIT DENGAN KADAR TROPONIN I PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER DI RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING

Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) merupakan penyebab utama kematian global dan masalah ini tetap menjadi tantangan utama dalam sektor kesehatan di Indonesia. Salah satu mekanisme utama dalam PJK, khususnya Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), adalah kerusakan miokard yang ditandai dengan peningkatan troponin I, serta aktivasi trombosit yang berkontribusi terhadap proses iskemik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jumlah trombosit dan kadar troponin I pada pasien ACS. Studi ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik yang menggunakan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional) yang dilaksanakan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposif terhadap 30 pasien dewasa yang terdiagnosis ACS dan memiliki data laboratorium lengkap. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis. Berdasarkan uji Shapiro-Wilk, data tidak berdistribusi secara normal, sehingga analisis hubungan antarvariabel dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah trombosit sebesar 280.870 x103/µL (SD 30.410) dan median kadar troponin I sebesar 203,300 ng/L (rentang 146,7-344,0). Terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan secara statistik antara jumlah trombosit dan kadar troponin I (r = 0,622; p = 0,000). Terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara jumlah trombosit dan kadar troponin I pada pasien ACS. Pemeriksaan trombosit berpotensi digunakan sebagai indikator tambahan dalam menilai keparahan kerusakan miokard.)References
