PEMANFAATAN INARA (INTEGRATED MINUTES OF MEETINGS ROLAS MEDIKA NUSANTARA) DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN RAPAT (STUDI MIXED METHODS EXPLORATORY DI RSU KALIWATES)

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen rapat INARA (Integrated Minutes of Meetings Rolas Medika Nusantara) di RSU Kaliwates menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dan berbasis data. Sistem ini memungkinkan proses manajemen rumah sakit berjalan lebih transparan, terstruktur, dan terdokumentasi secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen rapat di RSU Kaliwates; 2) menganalisis peran INARA dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan; dan 3) menganalisis monitoring pengambilan keputusan serta progres penyelesaiannya melalui SIMR INARA. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan desain Exploratory Sequential, diawali dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kuantitatif. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling, sementara responden pada pendekatan kuantitatif diambil dari populasi sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem ini terbukti berperan dalam mendukung keputusan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan terdokumentasi, dengan skor tinggi pada indikator perencanaan (3,48), efektivitas rapat (3,40), dan status penyelesaian keputusan (3,74). Secara keseluruhan, INARA telah berfungsi sebagai Decision Support System yang strategis dalam tata kelola keputusan di RSU Kaliwates, dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap integrasi data, efisiensi pelaksanaan, serta akuntabilitas kebijakan rumah sakit. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kebijakan rumah sakit perlu mengintegrasikan sistem monitoring digital untuk memastikan tindak lanjut dan penyelesaian setiap keputusan secara terstruktur. Sehingga direkomendasikan pelatihan teknis dan pembiasaan penggunaan sistem harus dilaksanakan secara kontinu dan terstruktur.References
