KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS GEN Z : EVALUASI HUBUNGAN MEDIA SOSIAL, SELF-IMAGE DAN RESILIENSI

Generasi Z (Gen Z) merupakan pengguna aktif media sosial yang rentan terhadap dampak psikologis seperti citra diri, resiliensi, dan kebahagiaan. Paparan konten yang bias dan komparatif dapat memengaruhi persepsi diri dan kesejahteraan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial, self-image, resiliensi, dan kebahagiaan subjektif pada Gen Z di Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan 483 responden Gen Z di Jawa Timur dan Jawa Tengah yang aktif menggunakan media sosial minimal 3 jam per hari. Instrumen dikumpulkan secara daring, mencakup skala intensitas penggunaan media sosial, self-image, CD-RISC-10, dan SHS. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan path analysis. Intensitas penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi (p = ,022), tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-image (p = ,172). Self-image dan resiliensi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan subjektif, dengan kontribusi signifikan masing-masing variabel terhadap kebahagiaan. Media sosial memengaruhi resiliensi dan kebahagiaan Gen Z, tetapi tidak secara langsung membentuk citra diri. Penguatan resiliensi dan pengembangan self-image yang sehat penting untuk menjaga kebahagiaan di era digital.References
