EFEKTIFITAS EDUKASI SELF-MANAGEMENT TERHADAP SELF-CARE MONITORING GULA DARAH PADA PASIEN DM TIPE 2

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas edukasi self-management terhadap monitoring gula darah pada pasien DM Tipe 2 di Puskesmas Aceh Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi experimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil monitoring gula darah pretest rata-rata 4,3 dan posttest 5,5. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh adanya perbedaan bermakna antara pretest dan posttest monitoring gula darah. Adanya peningkatan monitoring gula darah setelah dilakukan edukasi self-management. Simpulan, Pemberian edukasi self-management efektifitas terhadap monitoring gula darah pada pasien diabetes DM Tipe 2 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Idi Rayeuk.References
