RISIKO KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PEREMPUAN ASMAT DALAM PRAKTIK SOSIAL BUDAYA LITERATURE REVIEW

Kesehatan reproduksi perempuan di Kabupaten Asmat dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial budaya yang kompleks, termasuk norma patriarkal dan praktik adat yang masih kuat dalam masyarakat. Struktur sosial patriarkal membatasi otonomi perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait kesehatan reproduksi, meningkatkan risiko kesehatan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik sosial budaya terhadap risiko kesehatan reproduksi perempuan di Asmat. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel ilmiah, laporan, dan sumber lain dari database seperti Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan ResearchGate berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan analisis tematik secara kualitatif. Fokusnya adalah mengidentifikasi faktor budaya yang berkontribusi terhadap risiko tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa praktik budaya seperti dominasi laki-laki, pernikahan usia dini, dan kepercayaan terhadap pengobatan tradisional berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya akses perempuan terhadap layanan kesehatan, meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap komplikasi kehamilan dan infeksi. Peran tokoh adat dan masyarakat lokal sangat penting dalam memfasilitasi intervensi yang sensitif budaya untuk memperbaiki akses dan kualitas layanan kesehatan reproduksi di masyarakat adat Asmat. Praktik sosial budaya yang patriarkal dan tradisional di Asmat secara signifikan memperbesar risiko kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Pendekatan yang melibatkan tokoh adat, edukasi berbasis budaya, serta peningkatan infrastruktur menjadi strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dan keberlanjutan program kesehatan.References
