GAMBARAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL PADA PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA STADIUM LANJUT YANG MENJALANI RAWAT INAP DI RSUD ARIFIN ACHMAD

Pendahuluan: Pasien kanker payudara stadium lanjut kerap mengalami masalah sosial akibat pengobatan, yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan sosial sehingga berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi gambaran kesejahteraan sosial pada pasien kanker payudara stadium lanjut yang menjalani rawat inap di RSUD Arifin Achmad. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif non-eksperimental. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 76 responden pasien kanker payudara stadium lanjut yang menjalani rawat inap. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy–Breast (FACT-B) yang sudah teruji valid (rhitung = 0.63–0.84, kuesioner dikatakan valid) dan uji reliabel (r = 0,71, kuesioner dikatakan reliabel). Analisis data dilakukan adalah univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan usia pra lansia (45–59 tahun), berpendidikan SMP/sederajat, ibu rumah tangga, telah menikah, tidak berpenghasilan, dengan stadium kanker terbanyak stadium III dan telah terdiagnosis lebih dari satu tahun. Sebagian besar memiliki tingkat social well-being sedang (59,2%), dengan dukungan emosional tinggi dari keluarga (46,1%), penerimaan keluarga (48,7%), dan kedekatan dengan pasangan (44,7%). Namun, responden melaporkan dukungan pertemanan rendah (42,1%) dan kepuasan terhadap kehidupan seksual yang kurang (50%). Kesimpulan: Dukungan dari keluarga, pasangan, dan teman berperan penting terhadap social well-being pasien kanker payudara stadium lanjut. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu mengkaji penyebab rendahnya dukungan dari teman, terutama akibat dampak fisik dan emosional pengobatan yang membuat pasien menarik diri dari lingkungan sosial.References
