PENGARUH TERAPI BERMAIN PUZZLE TERHADAP TINGKAT PENURUNAN NYERI PADA ANAK DENGAN POST OF APENDIKS

Apendisitis akut merupakan penyebab utama bedah darurat anak, dengan nyeri pascaoperasi sebagai tantangan signifikan. Terapi farmakologis konvensional berisiko menimbulkan efek samping, sehingga diperlukan intervensi non-farmakologis seperti terapi bermain puzzle. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh terapi bermain puzzle terhadap penurunan nyeri pascaapendiktomi pada anak. Desain quasi-experimental dengan pretest-posttest control group. Populasi anak usia 6–12 tahun pascaapendiktomi (n=30) dialokasikan ke kelompok intervensi (terapi puzzle) dan kontrol (perawatan standar) melalui convenience sampling. Variabel independen terapi puzzle (50–100 keping, 30 menit/2×sehari selama 3 hari), variabel dependen skor nyeri diukur dengan FACES Pain Rating Scale (0–10). Analisis data menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk, paired t-test, independent t-test, dan two-way ANOVA. Kelompok intervensi mengalami penurunan nyeri signifikan (rerata skor: 7,2 menjadi 3,1; Δ=-4,1; p<0,001), sementara kontrol tidak signifikan (7,0 menjadi 6,5; Δ=-0,5; p=0,15). Perbedaan penurunan antar kelompok signifikan (p<0,001). Usia dan jenis kelamin tidak memengaruhi efektivitas intervensi (p>0,05). Terapi bermain puzzle efektif menurunkan nyeri pascaapendiktomi pada anak dan layak diintegrasikan dalam protokol manajemen nyeri pediatrik.References
