RELAKSASI OTOT PROGRESIF DENGAN MUSIK KLASIK TERHADAP KECEMASAN MASYARAKAT PASCA BENCANA BANJIR

Kota Medan merupakan daerah rawan bencana banjir, dan salah satu kecamatan yang rawan banjir adalah Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Peirumahan Dei Flamboyan berada di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan Kota Meidan peirnah meingalamii beincana banjiir dan menimbulkan kecemasan pada warganya. Produktivitas masyarakat berdampak negatif bila masyarakat mengalami peningkatan kecemasan, Peningkatan kecemasan dapat terjadi apabila masyarakat kurang mampu mengelola kecemasan yang dialami. Salah satu upaya yang bisa ditawarkan adalah teknik relaksasi otot progresif dengan musik klasik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif dengan musik klasik terhadap kecemasan masyarakat yang pernah mengalami bencana banjir di Perumahan De Flamboyan Medan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakam desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Sampel sebanyak 40 responden terdiri 20 kelompok perlakuan, 20 kelompok kontrol, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Analisis menggunakan uji paired simple t test pada α < 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p value pada kelompok perlakuan sebesar 0.0001 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 0.111. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik relaksasi otot progresif dengan musik klasik dapat membantu menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada masyarakat pasca bencana banjir.References
