OPTIMALISASI WAKTU TUNGGU OBAT FARMASI RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT DENGAN PENERAPAN METODE LEAN MANAGEMENT: SEBUAH SCOPING REVIEW

Waktu tunggu obat di farmasi rawat jalan merupakan indikator penting yang memengaruhi kepuasan pasien dan efisiensi layanan di rumah sakit. Penerapan Lean Management, termasuk metode Lean 5S dan Kaizen, terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi aktivitas non-produktif dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses di sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis efektivitas Lean Management dalam menurunkan waktu tunggu obat di rumah sakit. Scoping review ini menggunakan diagram alur pencarian literatur yang dirangkum dalam format PRISMA 2020 dari empat database utama: ProQuest, Science Direct, Emerald Insight, dan Google Scholar, dengan kriteria artikel asli, akses tanpa berbayar dan lengkap, relevan dengan Lean Management di farmasi rawat jalan, mempublikasikan hasil dalam rentang 2019–2024, serta berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris. Dari 286 artikel, lima artikel memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan Lean Management secara konsisten efektif dalam mengurangi waktu tunggu hingga 30%, meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, dan efisiensi operasional. Hal ini dicapai melalui optimalisasi alur kerja, pemisahan layanan, dan integrasi teknologi. Selain itu, Lean 5S dan Kaizen memperbaiki kenyamanan lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas staf.
