ANALISIS PENENTUAN PRIORITAS MASALAH KESEHATAN DAN UPAYA PEMECAHANNYA BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN MEDAN TUNTUNGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi prioritas masalah kesehatan serta mengevaluasi penyebab dan solusi berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, survei dilakukan terhadap 41 responden yang berdomisili di wilayah tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masalah kesehatan utama adalah ISPA (53,3%), diare (34,1%), dan demam berdarah dengue (31,7%), yang disebabkan pola hidup tidak sehat dan lingkungan yang tidak bersih (masing-masing 39%). Sebanyak 87,8% responden menilai pencegahan lebih penting daripada pengobatan, namun hanya 78% yang memeriksakan diri ketika sakit. Program yang paling dibutuhkan menurut responden adalah penyuluhan kesehatan (41,5%) dan pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin (31,7%), dengan metode door-to-door dianggap paling efektif (43,9%). Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat cukup tinggi, tetapi rendahnya kesadaran (78%) masih menjadi hambatan utama.
