PENATALAKSANAAN FISIOTERAPI PADA KASUS CA ENDOMETRIUM METASTASIS POST OP HISTEREKTOMI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI : A CASE STUDY

Endometriosis adalah suatu penyakit yang di mana terjadi pertumbuhan jaringan yang tumbuh pada lapisan luar rahim yang berbentuk daging atau bisa disebut juga tumor jinak. Oleh karena itu dilakukan tindakan pembedahan Seperti Histerectomy dimana dapat mengatasi fibroid atau miom dan kanker pada rahim dengan cara operasi mengangkat rahim.setelah itu melakukan tindakan operasi pasien akan mengalami kelemahan pada organ-organ dalam tubuhnya terutama pada bagian perut dan area reproduksi serta kelemahan pada otot gerak bawah dikarenakan pasien lama tidak melakukan mobilisasi. Diagnosis ini didasarkan pada pemeriksaan fisik pasien. Penelitian penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada kasus Ca Endometrium Metastasis Post Op Histerektomi kesehatan reproduksi dengan menggunakan terapi latihan seperti Pelvic floor muscle, Pelvic Tilt, abdominal muscle Exercise, mobilisasi Exercise dan ankle pumping. Studi kasus ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2024 dengan tiga kali pertemuan. Dengan didapatkan hasil penurunan rasa nyeri pada anggota gerak bawah dan peningkatan kemampuan fungsional secara mandiri tanpa bantuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan terapi latihan sangat berguna dan dapat menjadi pilihan yang efektif untuk pasien Post Op Histerectomy.References
