HUBUNGAN PEMBERIAN ANESTESI SPINAL LEVOBUPIVACAINE DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPOTENSI PADA PASIEN ANESTESI SPINAL DI RUMAH SAKIT SENTRA MEDIKA CIKARANG

Pembedahan merupakan prosedur medis bermula ketika membuat sayatan pada tubuh dan diakhiri dengan menjahit luka untuk menutupnya. Anestesi spinal adalah menyuntikkan obat anestesi lokal ke dalam ruang subarachnoid. Levobupivacaine isobarik 10 mg dianggap efektif untuk anestesi spinal dengan efek samping lebih sedikit dibandingkan bupivacaine, termasuk toksisitas yang lebih rendah. Penggunaan levobupivacaine dapat menimbulkan efek samping berupa hipotensi. Apabila tidak tertangani cepat tepat, tentu akan berakibat pada penurunan kesadaran, aspirasi pulmonal, gangguan pernapasan, hingga henti jantung.Maka, penting untuk paham terkait faktor pengaruh hipotensi pasca anestesi spinal untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien selama prosedur pembedahan. Tujuan studi ini yaitu agar diketahui hubungan antara pemberian anestesi spinal levobupivacaine dengan kejadian hipotensi pada pasien yang menjalani anestesi spinal. Metode yang dipergunakan yakni studi kuantitatif dengan jenis studi korelasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional study. Penggunaan teknik sampling nya yaitu consecutive sampling dan didapatkan 33 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam studi ini mempergunakan lembar observasi tanda dan gejala hipotensi pada pasien pre spinal dan lembar observasi anestesi.Analisis data menggunakan uji sperman Rank correlation. Hasil studi mayoritas responden mengalami hipotensi sebanyak 21 responden (63,6%) dan mayoritas mengalami penurunan TD ≤ 20% yakni sebanyak 21 orang (63.6%). Hasil dari analisis spearman rank diperoleh nilai (r) sebesar 0,045 dan p < 0,003. Berdasarkan hasil studi terdapat hubungan siginifikan antara pemberian spinal anastesi levobupivacaine dengan terjadinya hipotensi.References
