GAMBARAN INFEKSI DENGUE SATU DEKADE TERAKHIR DI INDONESIA : LITERATURE REVIEW Dengue merupakan infeksi virus sistemik yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue (genus flavivirus, famili flaviviridae). Menurut WHO kasus dengue meningkat dari 505,430 kasus di tahun 2000 menjadi 5.2 juta kasus di tahun 2019. Di Indonesia dengue merupakan penyakit hyper-endemic dengan siklus epidemik yang rutin terjadi. Sebagai negara kepulauan yang memiliki sekitar 18,000 pulau karakteristik epidemiologis, klinis dan virologis infeksi dengue di Indonesia dapat berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik epidemiologis, klinis dan virologis dari infeksi dengue di Indonesia dalam satu dekade terakhir sehingga dapat memfasilitasi diagnosis dan penanganan kasus dengue di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan narrative review dari studi literatur sebelumnya dengan penelusuran literatur pada mesin pencarian Google Scholar. Kata kunci (Key Word) yang digunakan ialah Dengue and/or Indonesia and/or Outbreaks dengan maksimum waktu publikasi 10 tahun terakhir. Gambaran infeksi dengue di Indonesia dalam satu dekade terakhir di Indonesia dapat dilihat dari karakteristik epidemiologis, klinis dan virologisnya. Berdasarkan karakteristik epidemiologisnya diketahui rerata proporsi kasus dengue terkonfirmasi sebesar 54.6%; predominan kasus dengue merupakan anak-anak dengan rerata atau median usia 6-10 tahun dan tidak ada perbedaan proporsi antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Berdasarkan karakteristik klinisnya didapatkan lima gejala yang paling sering dialami ialah sakit kepala, nyeri perut, mual, malaise dan kehilangan napsu makan; mayoritas kasus bermanifestasi dengue berat (DBD) dan mayoritas partisipan merupakan kasus dengue infeksi sekunder. Berdasarkan karakteristik virologisnya serotipe DENV-3 merupakan serotipe predominan.References
