FATIGUE PADA PASIEN CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE

Fatigue merupakan salah satu gejala umum yang sering dialami oleh pasien dengan Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) dan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup mereka. Gejala ini dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, menurunkan tingkat kemandirian, serta memperburuk kondisi psikologis pasien. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mendalam mengenai gambaran fatigue pada pasien CHF sangat penting untuk menunjang efektivitas manajemen gejala dan penerapan intervensi keperawatan yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran fatigue pada pasien CHF guna memberikan dasar ilmiah dalam pengembangan strategi penanganan yang lebih terarah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 36 orang pasien CHF yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) Fatigue Scale. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dan proporsi dari tingkat fatigue yang dialami oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden (61,1%) mengalami fatigue dalam kategori sedang, 30,6% dalam kategori ringan, dan 8,3% dalam kategori berat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa fatigue merupakan masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius dalam praktik keperawatan pada pasien CHF. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi holistik, seperti manajemen medis optimal, dukungan psikologis, dan modifikasi gaya hidup, untuk mengurangi dampak fatigue.References
