IDENTIFIKASI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI KESEHATAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS DI RUMAH SAKIT

Kepuasan pasien BPJS di Rumah Sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon tahun 2023, rata-rata berada pada 88,8%. Pada tahun 2024 kepuasan pasien BPJS meningkat menjadi 90%. Meskipun mengalami peningkatan, tetapi tetap masih kurang dari standar yang ditetapkan pemerintah sesuai dengan Permenkes RI Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Tentang Standar Teknis Pemenuhan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar pada Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan bahwa kepuasan pasien harus diatas 95%. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan adalah teknologi informasi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor teknologi informasi kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan kualitas layanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS di Rumah Sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon. Metode: yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel 216 pasien BPJS (purposive sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kepuasan pasien mengacu pada SERVQUAL (lima dimensi). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah teknologi informasi kesehatan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien BPJS dengan nilai p=0,038, CC=0,153, OR=1,304. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi kesehatan, mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Sebagai saran penelitian ini yakni proses pelayanan kesehatan secara komprehensif perlu ditingkatkan lagi, demi terciptanya kepuasan pasien BPJS, terutama peningkatan system teknologi informasi kesehatan.References
