GAMBARAN SAFETY CULTURE MATURITY LEVEL TERMINAL BATUBARA PT X KABUPATEN KOTABARU, KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Industri pertambangan batubara memiliki risiko keselamatan kerja yang tinggi, tercermin dari peningkatan 109% kasus kecelakaan di sektor ini pada 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan budaya keselamatan (SCML) di Terminal Batubara PT X, Kotabaru, untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi mencakup 110 pekerja dari 8 departemen, dengan sampel 92 responden (tingkat kesalahan 5%) yang dipilih melalui Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner SCML terstandar yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan untuk menilai 12 indikator yang juga didukung dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik univariat untuk memetakan distribusi frekuensi tiap indikator. Hasil menunjukkan skor agregat SCML 4,08 (kategori proaktif), dengan disparitas antar departemen: Purchasing and IT (4,77) dan Admin and CDEA (4,55) mencapai level tertinggi, sementara Operations (3,84) dan Maintenance (3,83) masih pada tahap terencana. Indikator Pengendalian Dokumen (4,31) dan Pemantauan, Audit & Review (4,31) menjadi aspek terkuat, sedangkan Prosedur Darurat (3,65) dan Komunikasi & Konsultasi (3,87) masih menjadi area yang perlu diperkuat, terutama di departemen dengan risiko operasional tinggi. Simpulan penelitian menekankan perlunya intervensi spesifik berbasis karakteristik departemen, terutama peningkatan pelatihan prosedur darurat dan penguatan komunikasi keselamatan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pekerja lapangan sehingga mencapai level “resillient”.References
