Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang memengaruhi konsumsi makanan cepat saji pada remaja, terutama dalam konteks meningkatnya masalah kesehatan akibat pola makan yang kurang seimbang. Dengan semakin tingginya angka obesitas dan penyakit terkait pola makan di kalangan remaja, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam keputusan mereka mengonsumsi fast food. Studi ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memberikan pengaruh kepada remaja dalam memutuskan untuk mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan scoping review, menganalisis literatur yang diperoleh dari database Scopus, ScienceDirect, Garuda, dan Google Scholar. Studi yang dipilih mencakup penelitian yang diterbitkan antara 2023 hingga 2025, dengan seleksi yang mengikuti pedoman PRISMA serta kerangka PIOS. Kriteria inklusi difokuskan pada penelitian yang membahas faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan remaja dalam mengonsumsi fast food di Indonesia. Analisis dari literatur yang ditinjau mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat tujuh faktor utama yang memengaruhi konsumsi fast food pada remaja, yaitu paparan media sosial, uang saku, gaya hidup hedonis, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan sosial, dan perbedaan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pola makan remaja dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi konsumsi fast food. Temuan ini menyoroti pengaruh sosial dan ekonomi dalam membentuk kebiasaan makan yang kurang sehat, serta menegaskan perlunya intervensi edukasi gizi, regulasi pemasaran fast food yang lebih ketat, dan program nutrisi berbasis keluarga. Studi lebih lanjut disarankan untuk meneliti dampak jangka panjang konsumsi fast food terhadap kesehatan remaja, guna memperkaya wawasan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat dan nutrisi.
