EVALUASI PENANGANAN STROKE PADA MASA GOLDEN PERIODE DI RUMAH SAKIT INDONESIA

Pendahuluan: Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kecacatan dan kematian di Indonesia. Keberhasilan terapi sangat ditentukan oleh kecepatan penanganan dalam 4,5 jam pertama (golden period). Namun, masih banyak pasien yang terlambat mendapat penanganan karena kendala struktural dan sistemik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penanganan stroke selama golden period di rumah sakit Indonesia, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung, hambatan utama, dan strategi perbaikannya. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan literature review terhadap 14 artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2013–2023), diperoleh dari Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Scopus. Artikel dipilih berdasarkan kesesuaian topik, akses terbuka, dan keterkaitan dengan penanganan stroke dalam golden period. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan yang konsisten. Hasil: Sebagian pasien memiliki peluang mendapatkan intervensi dalam golden period, tetapi sebagian besar masih mengalami keterlambatan. Faktor pendukung mencakup edukasi keluarga dan kesiapan fasilitas kesehatan. Hambatan utama meliputi rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gejala stroke, keterbatasan akses transportasi gawat darurat, serta kendala biaya. Simpulan: Penanganan stroke pada masa golden period belum berjalan optimal. Strategi perbaikan perlu diarahkan pada edukasi masyarakat, penguatan sistem rujukan dan transportasi darurat, serta peningkatan kesiapan fasilitas layanan stroke di rumah sakit.References
