PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PROSES KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam dunia kesehatan telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam layanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah tingginya risiko kesalahan medis dan meningkatnya beban administratif yang dialami perawat, yang pada akhirnya berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses keperawatan di lingkungan rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan sistematis. Populasi yang dikaji adalah perawat rumah sakit dengan intervensi berupa penggunaan berbagai teknologi keperawatan dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Strategi pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui database PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci “penerapan teknologi,” “proses keperawatan,” dan “teknologi keperawatan.” Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025 serta tersedia dalam format full text. Artikel yang tidak relevan, duplikat, atau tanpa metode penelitian yang jelas dieliminasi. Dari hasil seleksi, diperoleh empat artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS), Mobile Nursing Systems, dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, akurasi dokumentasi, pengambilan keputusan klinis, serta keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulannya, penerapan teknologi terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas keperawatan di rumah sakit, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada faktor pelatihan, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta penerimaan dan adaptasi tenaga keperawatan terhadap inovasi tersebut.References
