PENGARUH TERAPI MUROTTAL AL-QUR'AN TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE DAN POST OPERASI : STUDY CASE

Kecemasan perioperatif merupakan perasaan cemas saat akan menjalani operasi, digambarkan sebagai sensasi samar dan tidak nyaman yang seringkali tidak disadari oleh penderitanya karena sebab yang pasti. Prosedur operasi beresiko timbulnya ketegangan dan ketakutan serta dapat menimbulkan gangguan emosional. kecemasan pre operasi digambarkan sebagai salah satu faktor negatif yang dapat mempengaruhi prosedur operasi. Kecemasan ini dapat menimbulkan gejala-gejala fisiologis meliputi hipertensi, takikardia, dan bahkan aritmia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain uji pra-pasca dan metodologi eksperimental. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana Terapi Murottal Al-Qur'an mempengaruhi tingkatan kecemasan pasien sebelum dan sesudah operasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi yang di gunakan sejumlah 5 pasien yang dipilih memakai purposive sampling. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian ini, lima pasien yang melaporkan kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah operasi diberikan kuesioner Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) dan Terapi Murottal Al-Qur'an (surat Al-Falaq) selama lima menit. Perolehan riset memperlihatkan dampak setelah diberikan Terapi Murrottal saat pre dan post operasi tampak perubahan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas Terapi Murottal Al-Qur’an dalam meminimalisir tingkatan kecemasan pasien operasi. Kesimpulan yang diambil dari beberapa riset ialah bahwa pasien harus menerima intervensi Murottal Al-Qur'an untuk membantu mereka merasa lebih baik. Perawat di rumah sakit dapat memberikan pasien bedah sebuah intervensi alternatif dengan menggunakan terapi Murottal Al-Qur'an non-farmakologis.References
