GAMBARAN IKLIM KESELAMATAN PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN PT X

Peningkatan kesadaran pekerja terhadap keselamatan kerja dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan iklim keselamatan yang baik. Iklim keselamatan mencerminkan bagaimana kebijakan dan prosedur keselamatan diterapkan serta dipersepsikan oleh pekerja di tempat kerja. Pengukuran iklim keselamatan penting untuk memahami sejauh mana sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja telah diterapkan dengan efektif. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran iklim keselamatan adalah Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-24), yang menilai berbagai dimensi persepsi pekerja terkait keselamatan di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan iklim keselamatan kerja di perusahaan pertambangan PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner NOSACQ-24 yang disebarkan kepada pekerja di berbagai divisi dan kontraktor di PT X. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode skoring berdasarkan kategori NOSACQ-24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, iklim keselamatan kerja di PT X berada dalam kategori cukup hingga baik. Beberapa dimensi menunjukkan hasil yang optimal, sementara aspek lain, seperti Prioritas, komitmen, dan kompetensi keselamatan manajemen, dan Kepercayaan terhadap efektivitas sistem keselamatan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penerapan iklim keselamatan yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pekerja terhadap prosedur keselamatan serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan kondusif.References
