PENERAPAN TERAPI BLANKET WARMER TERHADAP PASIEN YANG MENGALAMI HIPOTERMI PASCA OPERASI DI RECOVERY ROOM IBS RSUD DR. SOERATNO GEMOLONG

Pendahuluan : Tindakan pembedahan atau operasi adalah suatu penatatalaksanaan medis yang mempunyai tujuan untuk mendiagnosa atau mengobati berbagai gangguan yang terjadi pada tubuh. Tindakan bedah mempunyai banyak komplikasi, salah satunya yaitu hipotermia. Hipotermia adalah penurunan suhu tubuh yang tidak disengaja di bawah 36°C. Penanganan hipotermia dengan teknik non farmakologis salah satunya menggunakan terapi blanket warmer. Blanket warmer digunakan ketika pasien mengalami hipotermi, blanket warmer berfungsi untuk menjaga suhu tubuhnya stabil. Pada dasarnya, alat ini menggunakan panas yang dialirkan melalui blower sebagai penghantar panas, yang membuat pasien hangat. Tujuan penerapan EBP ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh blanket warmer terhadap pasien pasca operasi yang mengalami hipotermi. Didapatkan subjek bernama Tn. P berusia 66 tahun, dengan keluhan pasien mengeluh kedinginan, tampak menggigil, tampak pucat, teraba dingin dengan tanda-tanda vital sebelum diberikan blanket warmer S : 35,1˚C TD : 130/90 mmHg, N : 70x/mnt, RR : 20x/mnt, SPO2 : 97%. Metode : Metode yang digunakan yaitu asuhan keperawatan melalui pendekatan Evidence based practice pada pasien paska operasi yang mengalami hipotermi. Hasil : Pemberian terapi blanket warmer pada pasien pasca operasi yang mengalami hiportermi, didapatkan hasil terdapat peningkatan suhu tubuh sebelum S : 35,1˚ C dan sesudah diberikan terapi blanket warmer S : 36,7˚C. Simpulan : pemberian warm blanket dapat meningkatkan suhu tubuh pasien yang mengalami hipotermi pasca operasi.References
