PENGARUH PROSES REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI RUMAH SAKIT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Rumah Sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang ikut berperan secara maksimal dalam peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, tentunya membutuhkan karyawan-karyawan dengan kualifikasi maksimal yang bekerja di rumah sakit. Peranan rumah sakit dalam peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat ini memicu pentingnya pengidentifikasian penerapan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit sebagai evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah kajian literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari penelitian terdahulu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui 2 sumber data, yaitu Garba Rujukan Digital (Garuda) dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci “rekrutmen”, “seleksi”, “rekrutmen seleksi karyawan”, “kinerja karyawan”, dan “rekrutmen seleksi rumah sakit”. Setiap rumah sakit menunjukkan adanya hasil yang positif pada pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit.
