ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN IDENTIFIKASI PASIEN OLEH PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Indikator nasional mutu rumah sakit mencakup kepatuhan identifikasi pasien. Komite Akreditasi Rumah Sakit mewajibkan minimal menerapkan 2 dari 4 identifikasi pasien.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan identifikasi pasien oleh perawat di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dari research article dalam rentang 2020-2024. Pencarian artikel dilaksanakan dengan strategi PICO. Pengumpulan artikel dilakukan melalui database Portal Garuda dan Google Scholar. Berdasarkan penelitian di lima rumah sakit berbeda, terdapat sembilan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan identifikasi pasien. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan identifikasi pasien dikelompokkan menjadi faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor yang paling banyak disebut adalah supervisi terhadap kepatuhan perawat mengidentifikasi pasien. Faktor internal yang berhubungan dengan identifikasi pasien adalah usia, masa kerja, dan pendidikan perawat. Sedangkan, faktor eksternal yang berhubungan antara lain fasilitas, supervisi, dukungan emosional dan apresiasi, informasi, serta kebijakan rumah sakit.
