STUDI LITERATUR : ANALISIS FAKTOR KEPATUHAN HAND HYGIENE PERAWAT PADA PENGENDALIAN INFEKSI NOSOKOMIAL DI RUMAH SAKIT

Masalah kesehatan yang masih marak di Indonesia diantaranya yaitu penyakit infeksi atau menular. Perawat memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada terjadinya infeksi nosokomial karena perawat adalah tenaga kesehatan sering melakukan kontak fisik secara langsung dengan pasien. Kurangnya kedisiplinan tenaga kesehatan dalam menerapkan hand hygiene dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya infeksi nosokomial di rumah sakit. Tujuan penulisan artikel review ini dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian infeksi nosokomial. Penelusuran artikel menggunakan 2 (dua) database, yaitu PubMed dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci yang digunakan “hand hygiene compliance” AND “nurse” AND “nosocomial infection” AND “hospital” OR “hand hygiene compliance” AND “nurse” AND “healthcare assosiated infection” AND “hospital”. Total temuan artikel sebanyak 377 artikel, namun hanya 21 artikel yang sesuai dengan inklusi. Berdasarkan 21 artikel, didapatkan hasil menjadi 9 artikel yang dianggap relevan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan hand hygiene perawat di rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh 2 (dua) faktor, yaitu faktor internal (personal) dan faktor eksternal (organisasi). Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kepatuhan hand hygiene perlu dilakukan melalui pendekatan komprehensif yang mempertimbangkan kedua faktor tersebut, serta intervensi yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan spesifik di masing-masing rumah sakit.References
