Abstract

Perawatan pasien di unit perawatan intensif (ICU) melibatkan manajemen yang sangat kompleks dengan berbagai prioritas yang harus dipantau secara terus-menerus. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk memastikan kualitas perawatan adalah penggunaan ICU Daily Goals Checklist and Plan Of Care yang memungkinkan tim medis untuk menetapkan dan memantau tujuan perawatan harian bagi pasien. Tujuan dari penggunaan checklist ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas perawatan, mengurangi komplikasi, dan mempercepat pemulihan pasien. Penelitian ini mencari artikel pada 6 database melalui Scopus, Ebsco, Pubmed, Science Direct, Jurnal Sagepub dan Google Schoolar dengan kata kunci “Intensive Care Unit” AND “daily goals checklist” AND “Intensive care unit daily check list” AND “improving ICU daily goals check list” AND “plan of care” AND “fast hug bid in ICU” yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2019-2024. Dalam penelitian ini, artikel diidentifikasi berdasarkan analisis PICO. Peneliti meggunakan PRISMA Flow-Chart 2020 untuk mencatat proses penyaringan artikel.  Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi artikel melalui PRISMA Flow-Chart 2020, memperoleh 10 artikel yang membahas tentang ICU Daily Goals Check List and Plan of Care. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan dari literatur yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Fast Hug Bid sebagai bagian dari ICU Daily Goals Checklist memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas perawatan di unit perawatan intensif (ICU). Checklist ini membantu dalam pengelolaan beberapa aspek penting dalam perawatan ICU, termasuk pencegahan komplikasi dan pengurangan mortalitas, serta mempercepat pemulihan pasien.
