ANALISIS SISTEMATIS MENGENAI PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DALAM MANAJEMEN GAGAL JANTUNG : SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Peningkatan jumlah penderita gagal jantung di Indonesia berpotensi membebani sistem kesehatan nasional, terutama di wilayah dengan akses terbatas terhadap fasilitas kesehatan dan tenaga medis. Teknologi digital, seperti telemedicine, perangkat wearable, dan aplikasi kesehatan, mulai mendapat perhatian sebagai solusi dalam manajemen gagal jantung. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti ketimpangan akses terhadap teknologi kesehatan digital, di mana infrastruktur internet dan teknologi belum merata. Selain itu, literatur yang ada belum secara spesifik mengeksplorasi efektivitas masing-masing jenis teknologi pada berbagai kelompok pasien gagal jantung, terutama di konteks ekonomi rendah dan menengah. Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan teknologi digital dalam manajemen gagal jantung melalui Systematic Literature Review dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Teknologi digital, seperti telemedicine, perangkat wearable, dan aplikasi kesehatan, memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien, kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan, dan mengurangi tingkat rawat inap. Namun, implementasi teknologi ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk ketimpangan akses teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital, dan penerimaan pasien terhadap teknologi baru, khususnya di negara berkembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan dan pengelolaan gagal jantung dengan memberikan informasi real-time dan mendukung perawatan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan infrastruktur digital, edukasi literasi teknologi, dan pelatihan bagi tenaga medis untuk mengatasi hambatan implementasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pengembang teknologi dalam merancang intervensi kesehatan digital yang inklusif dan adaptif sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal.References
