TEKNIK PEMERIKSAAN UJI LATIH JANTUNG DALAM MENILAI DEPRESI SEGMEN ST PADA PASIEN DENGAN RIWAYAT ANGINA PEKTORIS TIDAK STABIL

Angina Pektoris Tidak Stabil (APTS) adalah kondisi berisiko tinggi yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya suplai oksigen ke otot jantung, yang dapat mengarah pada kematian mendadak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Uji Latih Jantung (ULJ) sebagai metode non-invasif dalam mendeteksi iskemia pada pasien APTS. Bentuk penelitian adalah laporan kasus terhadap dua pasien dengan riwayat APTS yang menjalani pemeriksaan ULJ menggunakan protokol Bruce di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cibinong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien pertama, Tn. N, memiliki hasil ULJ negatif dengan ST depresi upsloping <1 mm yang tidak bermakna, sedangkan pasien kedua, Ny. S, menunjukkan hasil ULJ positif dengan ST depresi horizontal dan downsloping 2 mm yang signifikan. ULJ dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendeteksi indikasi iskemia pada pasien dengan riwayat APTS, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk evaluasi lanjutan seperti angiografi koroner. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan pentingnya deteksi dini dan penanganan yang tepat untuk mencegah komplikasi serius pada pasien APTS.References
