ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI LENGTH OF STAY (LOS) PASIEN IGD DI RUMAH SAKIT INDONESIA : LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Emergency Department Length of Stay (EDLOS) yaitu interval waktu antara waktu pendaftaran atau triase dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan pasien meninggalkan Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) secara fisik untuk bagian rawat inap atau sampai waktu disposisi untuk pasien pulang. Setiap rumah sakit di Indonesia memiliki  Length of Stay (LOS) yang berbeda, hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh  faktor input, throughput, dan output. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Length Of Stay (LOS) di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu literature review melalui database ScienceDirect dan Google Scholar dan didapatkan 10 artikel sesuai kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan LOS model, faktor yang  memberi pengaruh LOS di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) rumah sakit di Indonesia yaitu input yang terdiri dari faktor kategori triage pasien, cara kedatangan pasien, waktu kedatangan pasien, faktor throughput terdiri dari proses pendaftaran, pemeriksaan penunjang, waktu konsultasi, dan jumlah tenaga medis, faktor output terdiri dari disposisi final. Terdapat beberapa komponen pada Length of Stay (LOS) model yang belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal oleh beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia sehingga belum dapat mencapai standar  Length of Stay (LOS) pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) menurut Joint Commision International (JCI) dan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.
