HUBUNGAN DURASI PENGGUNAAN TELEPON GENGGAM DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN

Telepon genggam adalah perangkat elektronik yang digunakan secara luas oleh berbagai kalangan, terutama mahasiswa. Penggunaan telepon genggam yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan gangguan tidur sehingga mengganggu konsentrasi, kemampuan belajar, dan Kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara durasi penggunaan telepon genggam dan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa kedokteran dengan menggunakan desain potong lintang dan teknik consecutive sampling pada 168 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara angkatan 2021. Data durasi penggunaan telepon genggam didapatkan melalui kuesioner screen time, sementara pengukuran kualitas tidur dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan sebanyak 154 responden (91,7%) memiliki durasi penggunaan telepon genggam yang tinggi dengan 103 responden (66,9%) diantaranya mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi penggunaan telepon genggam dan kualitas tidur (p-value 0,004).References
