HUBUNGAN BURNOUT DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DIRUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DEPATI HAMZAH KOTA PANGKALPINANG TAHUN 2024

Hubungan antara burnout dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUDDepati Hamzah Kota Pangkalpinang berdasarkan data tahun 2024, jumlah perawat di RSUD Depati Hamzah sebanyak 200 orang dengan jumlah pasien rawat inap mencapai 56.293 orang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan burnout dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Di RSUD depati hamzah tahun 2024. menunjukan peningkatan beban kerja yang signifikan. sebanyak 50,9% perawat melaporkan mengalami stress kerja yang tinggi dan 34% di antaranya menderita Burnout dengan tingkat kelelahan fisik dan mental yang mempengaruhi produktivitas mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 55 orang responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 18-24 November 2024 di RSUD Depati Hamzah dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini didapatkan hubungan burnout dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat diantaranya sress kerja (p=0,000, POR=20.000), Burnout (p=0,000, POR=11,025) yang berarti ada hubungan antara stress kerja dan burnout terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Depati Hamzah Kota Pangkalpinang Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat burnout dan stres kerja yang dialami perawat, semakin buruk kinerja mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan. Sebaliknya, burnout dan stres kerja yang rendah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengelola burnout dan stres kerja demi meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan.References
