PROFIL PASIEN MIOMA UTERI DI RUMAH SAKIT SUMBER WARAS TAHUN 2022 – 2023

Mioma uteri atau fibroid uteri merupakan tumor jinak yang berkembang dari sel otot polos pada miometrium, dan diperkirakan dialami oleh sekitar 20%-30% wanita. Hanya sekitar 25% wanita yang menderita mioma uteri menunjukkan gejala, seperti perdarahan menstruasi berlebihan, nyeri perut, serta gangguan saluran kemih dan masalah pencernaan. Penanganan mioma uteri meliputi histerektomi untuk wanita yang tidak ingin mempertahankan kesuburannya, atau miomektomi bagi yang ingin mempertahankannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi kejadian dan karakteristik pasien dengan mioma uteri yang menjalani operasi di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras tahun 2022-2023. Penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang, dan memakai data rekam medis dari 75 pasien mioma uteri yang menjalani operasi di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras Jakarta Barat. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh prevalensi pasien yang menjalani operasi mioma uteri adalah 31,6% dari seluruh pasien yang menjalani operasi ginekologi. Mayoritas pasien berusia > 40 tahun (76%), dan usia menarke ?13 tahun (49,3%), paritas multipara (45,3%), obesitas (56%), tidak menggunakan kontrasepsi (53,3%), mengalami anemia (68%), serta memiliki onset penyakit <1 tahun (76%) dan menunjukkan gejala campuran (38,7%). Jenis mioma paling banyak adalah intramural (62,7%) dan ukuran yang sering dijumpai adalah 5-10 cm (50,7%), serta kebanyakan tidak memiliki riwayat operasi (89,3%). Tindakan yang kerap dilakukan yaitu histerektomi (72%). Sebagian besar pasien tidak memerlukan transfusi darah (81,3%), serta hampir tidak ada misdiagnosis (98,7%) dan komplikasi (89,3%).References
