PERAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA TIM DI PUSKESMAS

Budaya organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim di puskesmas, terutama dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Artikel ini mengulas berbagai literatur tentang penerapan budaya organisasi di sektor kesehatan, khususnya pada puskesmas. Budaya organisasi meliputi inovasi dan pengambilan risiko, orientasi pada hasil dan detail, kerja sama tim dan orientasi pada individu, komitmen, dan stabilitas. Melalui kajian literatur, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan budaya organisasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas. Diharapkan adanya penguatan budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di berbagai puskesmas.References
