PENGARUH VITAMIN D DALAM MENURUNKAN RISIKO PRE-EKLAMSIA: SYSTEMATIC LITERATUR REVIEW

Preeklamsia merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu dan janin di seluruh dunia. Secara global, prevalensi wanita hamil yang mengalami preeklamsia sebesar 4,6%. Defisiensi vitamin D selama kehamilan telah dikaitkan dengan sejumlah masalah kesehatan. Beberapa penelitian melaporkan suplementasi vitamin D dapat menurunkan risiko preeklamsia. Prevalensi defisiensi Vitamin D pada wanita hamil berkisar 26%- 98% di berbagai negara di seluruh dunia. Pencarian literatur menggunakan 3 database yang terdiri dari Pubmed, Spinger, dan Proquest. Dalam melakukan pencarian, kami menggunakan kata kunci “Vitamin D” atau “Cholecalciferol” atau “Hydroxycholecalciferols atau “Ergocalciferols” dan Pre Eclampsia” atau “Preeclampsia” atau “Pregnancy Toxemias”. Hasil analisis artikel didapatkan 8 dari 768 artikel yang memenuhi syarat. Enam dari studi menunjukkan suplementasi vitamin D dapat menurunkan risiko preeklamsia secara signifikan. Sedangkan dua dari studi tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Perbedaan dalam hasil mungkin disebabkan oleh variasi dosis vitamin D, waktu suplementasi, kadar vitamin D awal, dan faktor khusus studi lainnya. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menentukan dosis dan waktu optimal pemberian suplemen vitamin D. Kata kunci : Defisiensi, Vitamin D, PreeklamsiaReferences
