FAKTOR PENGARUH LAMANYA PROSES PEMULANGAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Mutu pelayanan dipengaruhi oleh waktu tunggu pemulangan pasien. Waktu tunggu pemulangan pasien yang lebih dari 2 jam akan berdampak pada bagi pasien dan rumah sakit. Hal ini juga bermasalah jika ditinjau dari dimensi mutu safety terkait hospital-acquired conditions, timely terkait lama proses pemulangan pasien, effective terkait SPM rumah sakit tidak tercapai, dan efficient terkait biaya tinggi akibat bed occupation rate tidak efisien. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pengaruh lamanya proses pemulangan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review berdasarkan database ScienceDirect dan Google Scholar yang dipublikasikan tahun 2020-2024. Kata kuncinya adalah factor AND "waiting time" AND "discharge process" AND inpatient AND hospital. Artikel teridentifikasi sebanyak 333 artikel dan hanya delapan artikel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Faktor pengaruh dari analisis artikel dikelompokkan menurut teori mutu Donabedian. Aspek structure dipengaruhi kurangnya jumlah tenaga kesehatan, penerapan HIS yang kurang baik, aspek kelengkapan berkas dan jenis asuransi, sarana dan prasarana, serta habisnya stok obat di farmasi. Aspek process dipengaruhi kurangnya koordinasi antar unit, riwayat medis pasien, lamanya peracikan obat dan hasil laboratorium, kunjungan DPJP, human error, pengiriman ulang berkas asuransi swasta, serta proses pemulangan pasien yang bersamaan sehingga terjadi bottleneck dan/atau saat hari libur. Outcome bagi pasien terkait kepuasan pasien dan rumah sakit terkait proses penerimaan pasien baru, BOR, dan biaya. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi lamanya proses pemulangan pasien rawat inap dapat dilihat dari aspek structure, process, dan outcome.References
