Efektivitas Modul Praktikum Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Pada Implementasi Promosi Kesehatan Di Kemenkes Poltekkes Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas modul praktikum dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa tingkat tiga Prodi Sarjana Terapan Promosi Kesehatan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Padang. Modul praktikum ini dirancang berdasarkan pendekatan Taksonomi Bloom yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, serta diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran mahasiswa dengan update program kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemenkes RI. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah rendahnya integrasi teori dan praktik dalam pembelajaran promosi kesehatan, sehingga diperlukan modul praktikum yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa secara holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan melibatkan 30 mahasiswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Proses pengembangan modul meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain modul, uji coba, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan tes evaluasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul praktikum ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa pada ketiga aspek pembelajaran. Pemahaman konsep mahasiswa (kognitif) meningkat signifikan dengan rata-rata peningkatan nilai evaluasi sebesar 25% setelah penggunaan modul. Sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran (afektif) juga mengalami peningkatan, dengan 87% responden memberikan umpan balik positif terkait struktur dan konten modul. Selain itu, keterampilan praktis mahasiswa (psikomotor) dalam penyuluhan dan komunikasi kesehatan meningkat secara signifikan, sebagaimana diobservasi melalui simulasi praktik. Kesimpulannya, modul praktikum implementasi promosi kesehatan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pencapaian kompetensi mahasiswa.References
