ANALISIS PENGETAHUAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DAN DAMPAK TERHADAP KINERJA KADER DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BLANG KUTA KECAMATAN BANDAR DUA KABUPATEN PIDIE JAYA TAHUN 2023

Salah satu tantangan utama dalam meningkatkan praktik pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) eksklusif di Indonesia adalah optimalisasi peran kader kesehatan dalam advokasi dan implementasi program. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi hubungan antara karakteristik kader dengan pengetahuan terhadap kualitas kinerja kader. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Cross-sectional. Total sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 30 kader dari 5 Desa dengan cakupan ASI Eksklusif paling rendah di wilayah Puskesmas Blang Kuta Kecamatan Banda Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan 70% kader mendapatkan informasi secara online, 63,33% pernah berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan, 50% memiliki motivasi rendah dan tinggi secara seimbang, 80% merasa mendapatkan insentif, 40% memiliki pengetahuan rendah dan 53,33% memiliki kualitas kinerja baik. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara sumber informasi (P value = 0,015), pelatihan (P value = 0,001), motivasi (P value = 0,0001), dan kualitas kinerja (P value = 0,0001) dengan pengetahuan. Analisis multivariat dengan menggunakan Path Analisis menunjukan ada pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap kinerja kader (koefesien = 0,635; p value = 0,001) setelah di kontrol oleh sumber informasi (koefesien= -0,148; P Value = 0,671), insentif (koefisien = 0,276, p value = 0,084), motivasi (koefisien = 0,389; p value = 0,018) dan pelatihan (koefisien = 0,455, p value =0,017) terhadap pengetahuan. Pelatihan terstruktur tentang ASI eksklusif, akses informasi terbaru melalui platform online dan offline, serta peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kader dalam mendukung ASI eksklusif.References
