Triage adalah sistem seleksi pasien berdasarkan tingkat kegawatan pasien. Keterampilan dalam melakukan triage merupakan salah satu ketrampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang perawat UGD. Karena banyaknya kunjungan pasien dengan kasus false emergency yang datang ke UGD maka triage perlu dilakukan agar penanganan pasien dapat diberikan dengan cepat dan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi Ketepatan Pelaksanaan Triage Oleh Perawat Assosiet di UGD Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Jumlah sampel 82 responden diambil secara total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji spearman rho. Terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, lama bekerja dan pelatihan dengan ketepatan triage pada perawat namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dan pendidikan dengan ketepatan triage pada perawat, Dan semua responden tepat dalam melaksanakan triage. Terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, lama bekerja dan pelatihan dengan ketepatan triage pada perawat namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dan pendidikan dengan ketepatan triage pada perawat.References
